The guy who came to assess my mold was awesome and gave me advice on a personal level. When I got the estimate, they said they couldn’t remove things I was originally told were optional/overly conservative during the assessment. It was all or nothing. Just be careful and get other opinions. I felt like other companies in the area wanted to help and weren’t just trying to squeeze every dollar from me.

We recently just finished a major remediation and restoration of our basement with SERVPRO. The whole process was as painless as it could possibly be. Unfortunately had a tree fall on my roof around 6:30 pm and did damage to the roof also caused some water damage to a room in the house. Brian came over within minutes and contained the extent of damage. He stayed until the water was isolated from further damage. Brian also came early the next day to continue the work. Whatever he gets paid is not enough!
