Didn't make it passed the first phone call. The woman who answered the phone this morning was nasty and argumentative in the first 30 seconds before we even discussed the needs. It spoke to their culture. I aborted the call.
I can't say enough about the job that Tim Kelly at ServPro did to arrange the repair of water damage in our home. Luis and co-worker were fantastic! Arrived when he said he would, polite, courteous, and did all that we needed. They we neat and clean and left our house in order. Also appreciated how quickly the project was completed. Loved that they helped us move the furniture back in the room. If I could give more stars I would. Would highly recommend this company! Thanks

John, Kyle & the rest of the team are amazing!! No one wants to deal with water in the house, but these guys made the process as easy & painless as possible. I truly hope I never have to see them again for emergency service , but if needed, ServPro will be my first call!!
