They replied back for me to get in touch, had already emailed the proj mgr & owner twice... I hired CPR after a pipe burst flooded my entire main level. My experience with this company has been nothing short of unacceptable and has caused immense stress and hardship. On two separate days, CPR left contractor bags full of debris sitting in my front yard, directly on snow. The first time they left about 10 bags. I immediately contacted them and clearly explained that my homeowners association does not allow construction debris to sit outside. Despite this, the next day they left an additional 33 bags. I recently used SERVPRO of Blackwood for a much needed deep clean of a family member's home. The entire team at SERVPRO were a pleasure to work with. The office staff was very kind and helpful while guiding me through this process. The technicians did an excellent job with the deep clean, going above and beyond, to complete the work. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Blackwood!!

One of the best experiences regarding carpet cleaning. Josh was terrific, professional personable, efficient, and he was able to get rid of pet stains in my carpet. Looks brand new and smells terrific. I highly recommend him and his company.
