8/7/25- Two young men arrived ~9:45 8/5/25. Labored two days, completing all demolition as defined in bid, leaving only retrieval of fans and removal o floor plastic cover protection for 8/7/25. Good, steady work, leaving on Thursday (8/7), everything clean, all debris gone. My compliments on steadiness and completeness. However, I have GREAT questions on bill4, as an $4,068 for two and a short day's work amounts abt. $2000/day for 2days, two men, 7hrs/day, party >3hrs or abt 30 hrs labor, or abt. $135 per hour . Serv Pro has been to my home on several occasions. Each time they are professional and courteous.
