The absolute worst experience I’ve had with contractors , arguing in my house , not done on time , left an huge mess afterwards and the list goes on and on . I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Had to have contractors come back to fix big and little discrepancies and just getting them back out here was a battle in itself. Not only were they incredibly rude to me but to my whole family including my child . If I could give negative stars I would .
Very satisfied, for how much work my basement needed to get gutted & the amount of furniture/belongs that had to come out after a sewer back up. The serv pro team I had on site did a fantastic job in handling the situation. Micah, Brock, Sheldon & Parker. Thanks for the hard work.
Woke up to 3-4 inches of sewer backed up in our basement. Called Serv Pro and had a crew over immediately! Thanks to Sheldon, Micah and Brock, the clean-up Crew, who professionally cleaned and sanitized. Definitely would hire Serv Pro Team again.
Sheldon and Micah did great work for us at our house.
Mike did an excellent job managing the project on-site.
