I had a horrible experience. They called me by the wrong pronoun and said my hole had mold.
Justin B and the office team were pleasant and easy to work with. Ashly, I can’t say enough good about her. She worked so hard, was friendly and did VERY good work. I think she should get a bonus for the work she does to make this company stand out.
We had some minor damage from an ice dam recently. I worked with Lori Bataran, who was super helpful and guided me through what to do to minimize damage and keep things dry. The peace of mind that she provided was greatly appreciated. Thanks Lori and ServPro!
