Victor and Michael H really went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and comfortable in this process they explained every step of the way how things were going to go and made sure that the workspace was clean and sanitary to my approval they took diligent care of packing and moving appliances and that was much appreciated thank you Servpro and Victor and Michael H

The West Salem Serv Pro team led by Euri with Jaden, Brady, and Matthew was phenomenal. The consistently went above, beyond, and well out of their way t help out my wife and I while we had a water leak going on. I would recommend these folks 10/10 times to anyone who is look for a team that prioritizes attention to detail, prompt response, attentiveness, professionalism and top notch customer service. Prompt service scheduling. Service staff were courteous and careful with our furnishings while moving them to reach the ductwork. The air in the house is now fresh and clean.
