Excellent customer service! After the fire in my attic, everything in my house was damaged by water and smoke! Shea and her team were there fast to make sure all my valuables and clothes were removed, cleaned, and returned when I was ready! Shea kept in touch and responded quickly whenever I reached out. Thank you!!!
Shea was better than terrific. She gave a courtesy call to let us know she was on her way and got to work as soon as she arrived. Shea cleaned very thoroughly top to bottom. Everything look like new when she was done. She was extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home & time. We will most definitely use Servpro again and request Shae as our service tech.
Cheyenne and Mason came to my house on a couple of occasions and we’re always timely, professional, and would explain what they were going to do.
