We had flood damage and Duane L., Project Manager, and his team came out right away. Duane explained the process and was very knowledgeable. They started on the same day which was terrific. Duane was courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. Servpro came out each day to check and move their equipment to ensure everything was drying out. They finished in less than a week. I highly recommend the Grand Rapids Servpro for water mitigation.
