couldn't possibly recommend them more !! they were absolutely fabulous to work with. Taylor and Bryce did a great job. they were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, flexible, just everything you hope for. this was after I called Service Masters and was incorrectly told that there was not any sewage backup cleaning services in Grand Rapids. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Servpro was extremely disappointing. After my water mitigation project was completed, I was told I would receive a bill the following week. Instead, I heard nothing for nearly two months. When I finally received a bill for over $6,000, I called simply to ask questions and discuss concerns I had about the drying process and the charges.
