Basement flooded. Insurance had these guys come out to inspect the damage and take inventory of the damaged items. They are telling me they don’t have a work order for inventory and that they are not going to do it because I am not choosing them to do the work. Heather at the office was very rude during our phone call. I don’t recommend!
