I had a terrible experience with this company, and honestly if it wasn't for the exceptionally, kind and professional staff I would give them a 0. My tenant, a nurse searched for a company to come into the home and complete a mold test, she found SERVPRO. I spoke with servepro, they mentioned they would come in and do a test and let me know what they see and give me a remediation plan. our house recently had a large tree branch fall through the roof. Of course it was raining at the time and we had not only the 2ft by 4 ft hole in the roof but water damage. Servpro was on site within hours of our call and I have to say their Master techs Jose G and Luis O we're very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and greatly appreciated by us. I would also like to give a shout out to Tony Garcia 4S excellent communication on keeping us updated and working with our tenants. thanks again servpro.

Servpro of Belmont extremely rude. I forgot the manager name. They came out to dry out the flood in my condo. They sent in 3 men that didn’t speak any English. The supervisor was trying to explain, but I couldn’t understand not one word. there was a huge communication problem. I was very frustrated since my condo was full of water, I couldn’t understand what she was trying to explain.
