Caleb, Chris, Ethan and team represent true professionals. SERVPRO is lucky to have each of you. This team cares about their customers. I love how they explained things and answered our many questions while being patient and kind. This meant so much, especially since we were dealing with the stress of a leak. They all work so well together and put a lot of time and attention into the job at hand. We would recommend SERVPRO should you ever have the need and we would definitely recommend this team.
Xavier was the supervising technician for this project. He was polite, professional, non stop working to get the job done as efficiently as possible. He also explained everything to me and answered my questions easily and made me feel comfortable about what they were doing and what the end result would be. I had water damage from a refrigerator leak that damaged flooring and cabinets and also leaked into ceiling tiles in the basement.
Alberto Montiel came by to ck the site of our water leak and the equipment that had been set up yesterday by another crew. He made some adjustments which was greatly appreciated. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in explaining what needed to be done. He's a great asset to Servpro!
We had SERVPRO come out to check on what we thought was a mold issue. Austin was the representative that did our inspection. He was very personable and professional. He inspected all areas in our home where we thought we might have issues. He was very patient and thorough with all our requests.
