Patrick Belcher gave me a quote for my house and a work order. The day work was to begin nothing happened. I called Patrick to ask about it and was told that the work order would not be done as specified. The plan suddenly changed but the price did not. I have been out of my home for 10 months and taken advantage of repeatedly. Why quote a price for work you don’t intend to do but charge me as if you were?? Red flag!
Dana and her team were super professional and quick with moving my stuff out after an unfortunate apartment fire. As far as the moving process, they are great! Will update as the process is completed in a couple weeks.
Scott came to our house this week and knew exactly what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. Even though we have mold in our house, I feel relaxed after he explained the cleaning process and that ServPro will get the job done and in a timely manner.
