Felt lead to leave this review as a warning to others, to encourage pushback when navigating the insurance process and services that may be unecessary. We had a roof leak this spring and called insurance the day we found it. They sent ServPro out the next day, who took some measurements of walls near the leak and photos of the roof damage. I had to sign a contract with them that we would use the roofer they recommend, otherwise we'd pay $500 to break the contract and find one ourselves.
