I had a great experience with Servpro after I had ice dam-related water damage inside my house. The two technicians who were onsite to perform the work, Steven M. and Josh M., were outstanding. They explained what they were doing at every step of the way, and cleaned up every speck of dirt that was created in the process. Alec is amazing! My daughter was moving into her first apartment and it had a strong cigarette odor. Alec worked tirelessly to get that odor out of the unit. His followup and responsiveness even on the weekend was fantastic. I highly recommend this business and would use them again,
Called on Friday due to water in basement. Could not come, made an appointment for Saturday afternoon. We were not home, but had someone go to our house to meet them. Waited an hour, no show. Then after I called, they said it was a mistake and they don't do weekend appointments...just emergency restoration and they could send a crew. How could I do that when I didn't even know where the problem was coming from or what the coast would be? Horrible service
