I can't say enough good things about this company and the people that work for them. Josh, our Project Manager was informative through every step of our project and the process, and made sure things were done on the timeline he laid out. Never overpromised anything, but definitely over delivered. The 2 workers, Quinn (Lead) & Jimmy (helper) were absolutely amazing, friendly, and polite. They did great work, and cleaned up behind them. I would 100% recommend ServPro Barrie for any of your restoration needs.
This is a very straightforward and effective company to work with! They helped me fix and restore one bathroom. From the beginning, Josh was always very supportive and clearly explained the issue and the options I had to fix it. Rick was always on time, detail-oriented, very professional, and polite during the restoration process; he walked me through the results and gave me some recommendations for the future.
