Good people who really wanted to do a good job
This review would probably have been three stars, were it not for the fact that Sean, Josh, and Todd rescued us when they were assigned to our job in the middle of the process. We were referred to ServPro by our insurance company in August of 2024, when a pipe burst while we were sleeping and damaged almost our entire first floor. Chris and the Mitigation team came out immediately and did a great job. They were efficient, personable, and professional. We hit a bit of a snag with the restoration.
