Very informative and did a great job!
ServPro did my house after a small kitchen fire. We had extensive smoke damage to the entire house. Mary from mitigation was awesome and kept me sane through the initial process, very nice and walked me through what she was doing. And Bo's construction team is still working on my house the two main guys Walt, and Dan have been phenomenal. Great sense of humor, awesome guys. Servpro were very professional n courteous. They answered all of my questions to alleviate my anxiety since I never had this experience before. I was one of those Individuals who were subjected to a wet basement because of the violent storms in Cuyahoga falls.
Outstanding job. The clean up is incredible.
Had kind of an emergency situation Family visiting from out of town the next day so they came out Sunday Noon to do estimate and clean up crew came Sunday evening, Cleanup crew was excellent and courteous. No problems at all, follow up crew several people was excellent and courteous and they hauled away all their Equipment by Thursday But it wasn’t cheap but I can’t complain being a last minute thing, and Thank You to them all 👍
