I am a repeat Servpro customer. I am so pleased with the crew and office staff. I had a water damage in the basement of my home. The crew arrived promptly within an hour of my phone call and worked efficiently to clear up the flood as to prevent any further damage. They left machines to dry out the basement. I was very satisfied with the results! I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.
FOLLOW UP TO SERV PRO : Line 10 Reads: “Cleaning Technician Per Hour to Clean Various Upholstery.” Never was I told there would be no steam nor extraction. *Nothing was plastic. VERY MISLEADING. BUYER BEWARE This company does NOT STEAM CLEAN upholstered furniture. We had them come in to do a restoration on my mother’s home as she is an ex smoker.
