I recently used ServePro for a mold mitigation issue in one of my houses that resulted from a water leak. I dealt with Anthony in the Greater Waterville area, and he was very professional and prompt in all aspects of the job. Two different teams worked on my project over a two-week period, and they were very professional and very hard working. The work was completed on time and under the estimate and they did what they said they would do! I strongly recommend them for your emergency cleaning needs!!
Our furnace backed up spewing soot throughout our house, 2 floors and basement the week before Thanksgiving. Servpro estimated it would take about two months to clean. Asked if there was any possibility of being in for Christmas. They said the would try to get first and second floor clean but would seal off the cellar and come back after the holidays to finish. The ServPro team from Augusta/Waterville, ME that we worked with were well equipped, very skilled, very professional and did a great job removing two types of old insulation from the attic at our home. I would use their services again and highly recommend them.
The ServPro boy Anthony who ran into and out of our house within 30 seconds to verbally claim $3,000 would be the 2-day estimate to dry-vac and clean up a small dirt-floor cellar (appx $200/hour if they worked at it for 8 hrs each day,) said the price may sound high but "he had employees to pay."
