Would not recommend them. We had mold remediation done which included taking out some drywall in a closet ceiling. We assumed this would include putting drywall back, but no, after the equipment was removed our sales rep said that the reconstruction is another department and was not included in the quote. Surely the fact that there will be a hole in your ceiling is something that should have been communicated ahead of time. ServPro of Arlington Heights was one of the poorest examples of customer service I've ever experienced. I would not recommend hiring them for cleaning, especially if you are an individual paying out of pocket. We recently hired this franchise as "industrial cleaning experts" for our new home post hardwood floor installation, and this was anything but.
