I don't understand it. I made 3 phone calls asking for a quote. The last phone call , I even told the lady answering the call if they did not want the job, that was fine but to please have someone to return my call and I would move on. Each time I was told they would report it anx get back to me. Fourth day and still no call back. Not a professional business practice. I expected better from this company. Servpro was excellent! We had a water leak in our house, and they were at our house within an hour of the mishap! Servpro technicians Thomas and David were not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable in their job’s! They made this water clean up a breeze. Thanks for all the help! Huge thanks to ServPro of Anson, Stanly and Richmond Counties for their incredible response to our flooded basement late on a Friday night. Within 2 hours of our call, they were at our home evacuating the rainwater, setting up drying equipment, and making a plan to return Monday to address the damage.
