Nick Lowder and his crew did a total house cleaning for us. We're were very pleased with the finished produce. He was professional, prompt, and productive. It was money well spent! I would recommend ServPro !! James
We had great movers and packers for our home. They were respectful of our belongs. They moved swiftfull but carefully to get us out and back in our home. Thanks Eva, Maria, Karla, Catherine, and Vilma for all you did! Along with the heavy movers Juan, Jacob, Armando, and Josue.
Came back from a cruise and kitchen was flooded (culprit was leaky Dishwasher ). Called AHS where I was given a choice of several mitigation/restoration companies. Randomly picked Servpro and I am glad I did. It was a Saturday and a tech (Thomas Turner) was in my house in 2 hours. He took his time and explained us on what to expect. The owner Shaun is very nice and helpful, the workers were on time and well mannered. We saw David and Josh mostly, they made sure our home stayed clean while they worked and kept us informed on what they were doing. Jacob and Armando also came to help remove all of their equipment, they had it cleared out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!
Shaun & Kimberly Morgan should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers so poorly. My brother’s home burned in 2023 and as of today, ServPro has still not finished the construction of his home. Every week, the home sits empty with no workers showing up while each month he must pay thousands of dollars for a hotel for his family. Jason and Nikki in the office don’t respond to my emails as to why nothing is being done. They are constantly being sent checks from State Farm yet do NO WORK on the home. Every week we ... read more
