In March 2025 we had a water leak that required the services of SERVPRO. We were routed to the Norwood office. Servpro were quick to reply on a Saturday. They sent two technicians who were sympathetic to our situation and did an assessment. They secured our home from further damage also removing soaked rugs to be cleaned. When my house was built, the water heater was placed in the attic. Recently, the expansion tank on it failed and left me with water damage in the attic, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Servpro came out to do water/moisture mitigation prior to making repairs. Everyone from Servpro was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with Servpro. They came and set up the blowers to dry everything out after my dishwasher hose melted and flooded my floor and under cabinets. Matthew and Jacob came out first and they were so patient with me they explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions even if I ask 2 or 3 times.
