They called to schedule an estimate (that they were going to charge service call for) but after scheduling a time they never showed up. They had called ahead of leaving, but as I had already confirmed a time wasn't expecting it so wasn't able to answer. The estimate was also 2 days after the house they were coming for had flooded from burst pipe
