We had a mold issue. We had Servpro and several other companies give us a quote. We were impressed with Servpro's quick response. They were very thorough and offered suggestions and recommendations. We hired them. The day they were to arrive, I received advance notice of their arrival. The three employees were the best. I recently had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom that caused significant damage to my kitchen ceiling. We recently needed help with a major clean up in our basement involving a sewage issue and the ServPro team was outstanding. Eduardo, Abel , and Alfredo worked tirelessly from start to finish. They not only did an excellent job but they also came and went with smiles: very friendly and professional.
