Shortly after Christmas in 2022 we had a pipe freeze and break when it thawed at our Deepcreek second home. The water flowed for four days about 30,000 gallons. Many homes in Deepcreek had similar problems that year. Our insurance company recommended ServPro. They responded to my call the day I called. They had a crew out the next day even though it was a weekend. They pulled the carpet on Sunday to minimize the moisture in the house.
