Had a leaking line behind the wall and a leaking toilet water was getting between my wood floors and the sub floor , contacted my insurance and they in return called Servpro, Alex and Joe showed up setting up drying units and dehumidifiers , they had the situation under control in no time , the damage to my floors was minimized , the repairs are ready to be done. In August 2025, we experienced a microwave fire with full house smoke before we realized what a burnt sweet potato could do! No Joke…we were directed by insurance to call ServPro as they would handle everything.
