This company took advantage of a client of mine who has a minor accident in her carpet which is still there$740 later!!!.. They quoted her $740 knowing she's elderly and on a fixed income. The was she explained it to me he kept going up on the price like an auctioneer and told her to say stop on a number. How to you justify pricing like that? ServPro did an excellent job with helping us get our basement floors dried out after an water hose mishap! They were at our house within an hour and had everything set up to dry it out within a short timeframe. Wesley answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend their services.
