I am writing a review on behalf of my mom, Paula Bauder, who lives in Reinholds. When she arrived home from her vacation on Feb. 11, 2026, she found most of her first floor had been flooded due to 2 burst pipes while she was gone. That same day Serv Pro was in to get the cleaning started. She has not had to worry about anything. To say she is impressed is an understatement. The Adamstown/Mohnton Crew that worked with us was great! 5 days before Christmas we had a big big mess on our hands. Kevin, Alec, Riley, Cody & Joe made sure everything that needed to be done, was done. Very professional, answered all of our questions and explained every step of the process. From phone calls to tearing things apart, they were efficient and clean. They did everything in their power to ensure we could stay in our home for Christmas We’re extremely grateful for these guys!
