Servpro was contacted for a busted water pipe that we developed while on vacation. The water had been running throughout the house for 2 1/2 days. We had major damage. Nick Romaninsky came with his crew and did such an outstanding job. Nick, Natasha, Riley, Hector and Joe worked from morning til quitting time with only taking a short lunch break. I had a water pipe leak in my basement. I called Servpro to come take care of it. I might as well have done it myself. They threw wet things in bags and threw the bags outside and all of the wet clothes they put in a bag and sat by the washer for me to wash. Probably doesn't sound like much but they threw away my sister's good shoes and her checkbook!!!! They didn't even put the wet bed post up on anything when drying the floor! The Servpro team did an outstanding job in our basement when it flooded. They were out in no time and worked through the night getting the water dried up. Here everyday on time! Last week I had an issue with my water softener overflowing. Called Servpro and Eric came out within an hour. He started with pulling out The padding underneath the carpet. The next day. Joe and Hector came out and remove flooring. The carpet cleaned everything up. Ran 12 fans and three dehumidifiers. All three gentlemen were very excellent at what they are doing and very courteous. I would recommend these guys anytime anywhere.
After a pipe came off and we had inches of water in our home, we contacted Servpro. We had a good demolition experience, Eric and his crew did a wonderful job and were pleasant to work with. We decided, since Servpro was the first quote approved by our insurance, to get Servpro to do the reconstruction. BIGGEST MISTAKE… DO NOT GET SERVPRO.
