In response the the reply you sent on my review… my sister DID call you a few days after to discuss these things. You did NOTHING. You charged us the estimate and we stopped you cleaning before the job was done.
Absolute horrible experience with this company. They were supposed to come in and clean and sanitize. We had to go back and clean everything ourselves. Nothing was cleaned or sanitized. Took my parents for about $5000 on a house that my sick brother had been living in and couldn’t manage the cleaning himself. Total rip-off. Don’t waste your money!!
Worked there 5 years very didicated employee.got called in office they said was letting me go i asked reason .ryan said dont have reason dont need one in state of virginia.i was their very first employee.i have no hard feelings about it i pray they do well.i truly love fire an water restoration.i hope they never get put in position they put me in.god always has a plan and i trust him.amen
Refuse to return phone calls regarding a bid they had given I guess they didn't want our business we found somebody else.
