I am beyond disappointed with my experience with ServPro, and I feel completely taken advantage of. From the very start, the service was subpar. The team cut into my walls, and even the supervisor couldn’t explain why it was done. No one made it clear that this was necessary or communicated any reasoning for the damage. Horrible communication and told me they couldn’t give an estimate multiple times when I asked. Then later said they would’ve given an estimate if I had asked (which again I asked multiple times). Then later told me the pricing is a set list to leave equipment overnight but wouldn’t tell me that at the time I asked. They advised they would come back the following day to monitor and no showed. they were hired from our ins following water damage, they came quickly to remove the water damaged items but then took MONTHS to replace the work, which was only drywall on the ceiling in 2 rooms!!! construction workers took weeks to show up between getting things done, had to constantly contact the manager to get answers when the work would be completed! it took over 3 months to get the work done, yet I had to pay my $1000 deductible immediately because they wanted to collect! would NOT recommend their work!!

We had water come into our basement and called ServPro for restoration. They ripped out sheetrock, some rug padding, and the door leading into that area of the basement due to water damage. That is all they did. They did not do any repairs although we were led to believe that they would. When we asked them about doing the repairs, they said they don't do that work. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called on a Friday evening to schedule a cleaning. I was upfront with exactly what I would need done. I'm having pest services performed and the tech advised me to do a thorough cleaning beforehand so the poison would adhere better and be more effective. He advised a good scrub of floors, baseboards, walls and inside cabinets. This will be my third (and hopefully, last) treatment.
