We had a wonderful experience with Servpro of Highland Village. Payton showed up at 6am the day of our house flood, and made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Kristian and Alex took over the job and came daily to ensure that we had everything we need and that our home was drying out adequately. They were kind, prompt, and very efficient. Very happy with our experience here. When I told the team about the initial water leakage issue, they came out the next day. From there, they stayed in constant communication and upfront about the process and pricing. They cleanup and construction were exactly what we were expecting! Highly recommend them for anyone in a similar situation as we were.

Our experience was unlike the other's here. We first contacted ServPro back in December (2024) due to mold damage from our master shower because we liked the idea of using one company which could do both the teardown and rebuild. They were prompt to respond initially however after the original removal of the mold....we discovered that they still left about half of the mold in the walls.
