Servpro was fast to schedule and show up. They got right down to the business of accessing and addressing our remediation. Friendly technicians, pleasant to work with. We had a tough leak to find, but have been able to move forward with Servpro, they will handle our rebuilt as well. Looking forward to it! Will post photos when done. Highly recommend this company.

BIG Thank you to Ibrahim and his team (Hunter and Bailey)! They completed work on our home in the area involving specialty cleaning and they are top notch professionals. They (actually) listened to our issue, assessed the situation and we were patient to make sure we were comfortable with their process. The completed work was better than what I excepted and I'm glad we decided to do business with this Servpro location. Lastly, Janyce with their office team was kind with every interaction I had with her. Highly recommend em'

SERVPRO did such an excellent job for us! We had hired a different company to come and clean our rugs, but they never showed up. SERVPRO to the rescue! They came the same day I called and cleaned our rugs so well they looked brand new! Hunter and Raydon were so professional and polite and did such an outstanding job! We are so impressed with the prompt response and the friendly and exceptional service. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Highland Village to anyone who wants sparkling clean carpets!
