This Servpro franchise assisted us here in Chicago following a major flooding event. Their team was very professional and were a great help when so many homes were affected by water damage. We were grateful for their assistance.
We hired Servpro of Brooklyn Park for water extraction in our 600sq ft basement. They were only there for an hour and did a poor job, leaving a lot of water behind. I was able to do a better job removing water with a small shop-vac. They also damaged a few walls from dragging hoses around carelessly. For such an expensive service, we were very disappointed in the job they did.
