Sent someone over to look at the mold in the attic. Guy showed up with no ladder, had to reschedule. After waiting awhile on the newly scheduled date, called to see when they were coming out, they said they wouldn't be coming out after all, wish they would have called me. Eventually found out they couldn't meet our deadline anyways so told them not to bother coming out. Waste of time, wouldn't do business with again.
This company charges for estimates. Not a good business practice. I needed quotes and found companies willing to come to our house that do not charge.
