I couldn't even tell that they had even been there. A neighbor told me "they weren't there very long" (which was obvious based on the state of the carpets when I checked their work), the "technician" (owner's husband) banged a wet nozzle down the stairs behind him and left saturated wet spots all the way down the stairs.
