Called ServPro in Fredericksburg and they were very professional and referred me to ServPro in Stafford or Dale City. I called the Stafford location and felt like I was talking to a child...with a baby or bird crying out int the background. I had to repeat myself several times and it took five minutes for her to get my info and then tell me she’d have someone call me. I hung up and called the ServPro in Dale City and they answered very professionally and had a quote to me in under 2 minutes.
