We worked with a few members with Serv Pro as a result of a fire that occurred to our building. My experience working with ServPro San Antonio was very positive. They have an abatement division so they did the abatement of the interior of my house after my house fire disturbed the asbestos in my home. I worked with Noel and his crew. Noel is FANTASTIC! Servpro has done an outstanding job helping us with our home that flooded due to a burst water line. They came out the same day and stayed until midnight setting up the fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our home as quickly as possible. Mike is very professional but also very personable. He is quick to ease our concerns and answer all our questions. If we ask a question he doesn’t know, (and we ask a lot), he goes through the correct channels and finds the answer for us. I highly recommend Servpro.
