SORRY, this is LONG past due. The Best PEOPLE & COMPANY we dealt with throughout our ordeal. Came home on 1/5/2021 after visiting our grandchildren in VA for the Holiday, to a house with soaking wet carpets and mold growing up the walls. Don't waste your time with Servpro. For some reason I first wss sent the Kissimmee office and after sending 2 protocols they kept demanding to do their own because they said what I sent wasn't a protocol. Other remediators definitely knew they eere. So I then finally got transferred to Central Brevard area. They seemed to understand so I sent them the protocols. The staff was very amicable. Although I got a call most days, but there were days that they left early or didn't show up. Which made the cleaning of the mold take longer. When asked why they told me there was an emergency. There were a lot of emergencies. The service was for mold. It was a rough time for me.
