My sump pump went out and flooded my basement. Servpro came out and removed my vinyl flooring. With this being my first rodeo with this type of issue didn't know completely how the cleanup protocol. Unfortunately, through my insurance agency I found out the first crew didn't do the mitigation properly, and when Justin Dunham with Servpro was made aware he and his team immediately came out and did everything correctly. Would definitely recommend! The two girls are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They had great communication and were extremely efficient.
Our fridge flooded out first floor and our basement a few days ago. Servpro was at our house within an hour and a half. Chris was very respectful and professional. They brought all the equipment in and worked nicely with our insurance company. They made the process much easier!
Where to begin, they would cancel last minute or show up 5-6 hours late without proper notification. It took them a month to "mitigate" our water damage and the two ladies who came out never showed any knowledge of what they were doing. Numerous episodes of straight up lying about missed phone calls and having to leave the property to obtain cell phone service, even though we were interrupted many times by her messages and calls from other clients. If I could give a -10 stars, I would !! Initial appointment they canceled on the day they should’ve came out just hours before!! They called me a couple days later and rescheduled for today Friday June 9 2023 between 10:30am and 11:00am. I had a doctors appointment this morning and left my phone in the car where SERV pro called and told him they were coming at 930-10am. I got out of my appointment about 9:24am and immediately called.
