I had a flood in January and Serv pro was so nice and helpful. They was very helpful and knowledgeable. They went beyond and above to help us out with our situation.

We contracted with Servpro twice; once after the June 2024 flood and again in 2025 to clear out my late father-in-law’s home. We live 250 miles away and they provided the option to communicate and handle paperwork/payment electronically. Destiny was our point-of-contact and she was wonderful to work with. We are very satisfied with the services they performed!
We had an urgent need for a cleanup and SERVPRO didn't hesitate to help us. The crew was polite and worked hard during very trying circumstances for us. We can't say enough good things about the staff and company!
We were very grateful for the quick response when our basement got wet because our sump pump failed. This occurred shortly before the Spencer flood. Serve Pro spent one day at our house removing carpet and setting up equipment to dry out the basement. They stopped back daily to check on the moisture level. We were very SHOCKED at the price we were charged for the service. We have heard that ServePro is famous for price gouging people. This is a shame when so many people lost so much!!!
