This is for Servpro/Miller mitigation & restoration inc and specifically Rose Miller, the owner of the company. This has been a horrible experience. I would never in a million years recommend working with this unprofessional company. I had a pipe burst in a small cottage in South Lake Tahoe. I tried calling them for service last week and they are not a Servpro anymore. I did some research and they had both of the licenses removed by Servpro Corporate. STAY AWAY!!!
Dictatorship.
In recent months I have been dealing with this company who has been acting in bad faith. I originally decided to go with Servpro of Rancho Cordova after talking to the con artist and owner Rose. She touted their record and perfect rating with BBB, after a couple of months dealing with her we have things for you to pick up, to we have nothing ready and I can't even see the state of my belongings to see if they can be repaired. They don't show up on time. They do not meet deadlines house burned down and they continue to leave messages on the landline in the burned home. Through failed to secure the house it was robbed the said they were going to do it better, next day robbed again same thing the next day it took the house being looted 3 times.the worst part is it took them over 3 weeks to remove items from house. My advice stay away
