ServPro is a joke! They only want money and as much of it as they can squeeze out. I had them come out to do an estimate for mold on plywood in my attic. This is the second estimate I had gotten. The first agency quoted me at $1,920.00 for everything, and free estimate. ServPro quoted me over $6,200.00 for the same services. Additionally, they charged me $150 just to look at the attic and stated they would NOT go in, until they had the money. I was told by the "certified technician" that the mold "wasn't bad at all." My wife and I could not have been happier with there services. When you need someone like this it is not a happy time. They were so Friendly and Professional and understood what we were going through. If you need someone to do restoration work for you they are the BEST and the only one I would use. Giving one star, but actually deserve -8 stars. Horrible company. Horrible communication. Completely rude. Would not call again no matter the situation. Beware!! Your service was the furthest thing from professional as you can get! We did not collect payment from insurance… you did not bill accordingly that is a lie and you know it. This company is not reliable. I was in time of desperate need and they came to my house to pump out a full basement. They sent 2 guys with .5 (1/2)HP pump to pump 90,000 gallons of water out. Basically I ended up doing all the work on my own with my family members. The next day they came to "Clean out" my basement. They sent 2 150lb guys and once again all the work was done by us. They did about 500 dollars of worked and initially charged us over 3000 dollars. This company is TERRIBLE. Call someone else theyre a joke!
