This company rates an absolute zero for customer service. They get a zero for speedy work. They get another zero for customer service. In fact, I can't think of anything positive to say about them at all. My condo association called ServPro of East Bellevue over a leak from my condo to the unit below. Great Service !! – I am a local small business owner in Clayton so I try to shop LOCAL whenever I can. After reading the other review I almost went with a company in Raleigh but decided to still shop local and give Servpro a chance. You never know the whole story behind a bad review. Call Servpro of Johnston County When Disaster Strikes You – Next to death, divorce, and, health related issues, a serious water loss in one's home ranks right up there emotionally. While on vacation last year our attic water heater burst flooding our entire home. Most of our furniture and other possessions were ruined. Our hardwoods were a disaster. CONSUMER BEWARE !!!! LIARS !!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! – Servpro of Johnston County has been the worst expierence ever! used them to remove some mold at my home and replace some flooring due to water damage. They came in to do the work with smiles and the promise that they would repair my home " LIKE IT NEVER HAPPEN". remove water from flooded garage – i had a water heater pipe in my basement flood, and this was in the middle of the night , they showed up within 30 minutes and were out in about an hour, very fast response and job well done!!!
terrible customer service – Save yourself the headache. I will never call these people again. 3 Months of phone calls and the job is still not done.All I hear is how busy they are. I will hire someone to finish the job they were hired to do. "Like it never happened" what a joke!
