We have had two sewer line breaks in the last 18 months, the first time we were literally in tears when the plumber could not get under the building to make repairs due to the sewage, he felt so bad he called you and handed me the phone. You guys were out in 20 minutes! Your employees were quick, courteous and thorough. Our tenants were so happy you offered the air scrubbers to them so they could have fresh air.
