These are the facts. I cannot begin to describe the complete lack of unprofessionalism at this company. We quoted them an item that was bought and sold before they had a chance to buy the unit. I reached out as a professional courtesy clarifying the units had been sold and I could no longer make them available as quoted. I canceled their PO and apologized repeatedly. Good guys
The Servo Group started off strong in the beginning rebuilding hydraulic cylinders for us. Then they took a job that was beyond their abilities, tried to charge me double the agreed price range, and took twice as long to do the job as they said it would. After that they started over charging and stopped doing quality work. The owner does not seem to care about doing the right thing and tries to make others pay for the mistakes his company makes. NOT the type of company I will ever do business with again!!!
