Tried to charge me $460 for an icemaker repair on a 1 year old freezer. Luckily, before I agreed to the repair I discovered the appliance is under warranty. The repair technician from the warranty covered company just left my house. He spent about an hour looking, listening, talking a part and reassembling the freezer and ice maker. NO SHOW.
I encountered the same problem as so many other have. The handyman cancelled 20 mins before the end of the arrival window. They obviously don't have reliable subcontractors. Highly avoid anyone thinking of utilizing Serviz to reconsider.
Used online scheduling twice, both times cancelled on me right at the end of the 2 hour window. Never use them
I give Serviz one star, for the system to allow me to write a review. Otherwise there would not be even half a star. We called for an appointment with Serviz on Thursday 1/10/19, for service on Friday 1/11. The service person showed on Friday, took some pictures of the kitchen faucet we needed replaced, and asked my wife and I, if we could wait until after 5pm, because he didn’t have the sink with him.
