Duane came out, was great, fixed softener , and showed me how to change filter.
We had to have our well water pump replaced and the sedement clogged up our softener. We called servisoft and even though it was just before July 4th they were able to come out on Monday July 6! Joe came out and was great. He fixed the problem and was done in no time! Thanks Joe! Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely use servisoft again.

Looking for a great water softener was an easy chore with Servisoft of Middlefield. The response to my email request was prompt. Mark, the salesperson, was very helpful in explaining about the water testing and the unit that he recommended for me, since a regular unit wouldn’t fit in the location where I needed it.
