Avoid a business mortage through Servis First at ALL COST. Our mortage lender initially was wonderful. Locked in at a rate of just over 4%. Even became good friends until he quite due to the banks unscrupulous ways. This year due to a massive property tax assessment we began the process of having the property reassessed. I love this bank.
I went to ServisFirst Bank because of my frustrations with the other big banks in the region. This bank and the entire staff went above and beyond for all my banking needs in regards to business and personal accounts. I am so thankful and hope the community visits this bank.
