No Zelle, a brain-dead fraud detection system that flags virtually every transaction, and customer service that might as well not exist. I opened new accounts this week with Laura Krinke in the Atlanta branch Servis 1st Bank Galleria. I was greeted promptly by the branch manager and within minutes met Laura who immediately impressed me with a friendly positive attitude. Compared to the large national banks this place is Heaven. My accounts were set up very efficiently and with a genuine family style approach. Laura truly cares about customers and people.
