These thieves change $8 to cash a check. That’s highway robbery. What a joke… the checks I need to cash are off of this bank. I’m going to have to start charging my clients more to use this bank. Definitely one of the highest charges in the industry.
They do not have handicap doors.
Bank is OK, lots of nice people. I would give their online banking a negative star. My wife pays the bills and forbids us from leaving and going to another bank. The online banking is probably late 90's technology, poor reports, an abomination of technology. I hate it, it alone is worth staying clear of this bank if you use online banking. I don't have a clue why we're still using them after 13 years. On another note, Jack Henry and Associates is who has the contract for their banking. They must be cheap because they suck.
