We have had Kevin come out a few times over the years to inspect our roof. He is always honest and truthful about whether we really need repairs and so far we have lucked out. We found out he also does handyman services and he gave us a fair price on fence and pergola staining. He was always communicative about his plans, what he would be doing, and what to expect. Great news!! Two weeks ago I came home to find water running down into my bathroom. Going into the attic I also noticed a second leak from the roof. The next day I called Serving You First Contracting and spoke to Kevin. He came out and repaired both leaks and took care of several other exposed nail heads and non-sealed areas. Kevin was fast to respond, he came by to look at my face and gave me a fair quote. I didn’t feel pressured to fix parts of the fence that were fine. I would 100% recommend. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
