It's obvious from these reviews and my more current experience that Pinnacle hasn't really evolved or improved. I'm still waiting for a response to a billing matter from 11/2024, with three emails to various departments unanswered. Billing errors are common as is unreliable delivery. So Pinnacle if you read this have your billing dept search their emails and respond to me.

I would like it more if there office was back open so we can pay our bill I sent off two checks and now there missing so they changed me extra 🤔

Out of propane once again! Check and fill doesn’t work for this company. Don’t get our invoice until it is past due. Then put on COD and turned over to a collection agency. We always pay our bills on time but if you don’t receive a invoice how do you pay on time?

Cannot fault this company, customer service is amazing with so helpful employees. Everytime I have called for a refill, even when tank is completely empty this company has been here for our family and filled my tank up straight away. Will never go elsewhere.
