I am on auto fill but I have no propane. Very I happy... old food and no hot water. No emergency number, only rings busy. Very poor service.

I will warn you now the ladies are not nice! My cell phone dropped the call and when I called back the lady informed me she figured I had hung up on her. I do not know why someone would think that because I was in the middle of giving her information so she could look up my account. It didn't get any better after that either. I do not care for Griffins propane so I will tolerate this issue. The man that delivers propane for Pinnacle is great and easy to deal with! I moved in during the time of social distancing, the previous owners left the tank on empty, and within a few days, my heat shut off. I called another company, they said to try again in 2-3 weeks. I felt defeated. I called Pinnacle, not only did they take me on as a new customer, they were compassionate to my situation. They cared, and they said they will help. It means the world to me and my family.

Called and they said I could fill here, but when I showed up the place was locked up. Called again and they said I couldn't fill here. Very inconvenient and unprofessional!
