If you want to get robbed, lose documents, and get into trouble with the IRS, then do your taxes here. Melissa was very unprofessional, and claimed to have done my and my son's taxes correctly, but shortly after I received a fine from the IRS because my taxes had not been done, she also sent my son's passport to the wrong address which caused me to have to get a new one and do my ITIN and taxes process at a different place from scratch.
